Step-by-step Process for Property Modifications Delivery
(including property renovations and extension build)
OUTLOOK OF YOUR FUTURE PROPERTY
Client's idea about the future property design, functionality, and features.
MEETING WITH SPECIALISTS
Meeting with Multi Build Construction specialists team. (discuss, define, and agree ideas, scope of work and action plan)
QUOTATION
Multi Build Construction will build a detailed quotation. (review by client and incorporation of any amendments or changes)
PROJECT AGREEMENT
Agree on the final project delivery, costs, and approximate timelines*.
CONTRACT & PAYMENT
Signing contract agreement between client and Multi Build Construction, and initial payment to be issued by client.
DOCUMENTATION
Multi Build Construction will obtain all documentation from client and/or authorities [if required] to process mandatory NOC’s**.
GOVERNMENTAL AND DEVELOPER APPROVALS
New drawings/layout changes for interior/exterior modifications will be built by our engineers for submission.
SCHEDULE AND DETAIL PLANS
We will prepare the detailed project plan, progression map, and schedule.
DEVELOPER NOC
Submission of drawings/layout modifications, and documentation to developer for approval/NOC.
DUBAI MUNICIPALITY/DDA NOC
Submission of drawings/layout modifications, and documentation along with NOC from the developer to Dubai Municipality/DDA [if applicable]
SITE WORKS BEGIN
Multi Build Construction with initiate the site deployment and the work is carried out [inclusive of the site inspections by the authorities (if required)].
HANDOVER
Final site inspection will take place from DM/DDA/Developer, and completion certificates will be issued to the client.
* The list of required documentation consists of: A) Title Deed, B) Passport Copy, C) Visa Copy, D) Emirates ID, E) Dubai Municipality Approved Stamped Drawings Inclusive of Structural/
Architectural and MEP, F) Site Plan, G) Affection Plan, H) Completion Certificate, I) Appointment Letters.
(Multi Build Construction can help to obtain some of these documents if the client does not have them.)
** At this stage the initial project scope and costs will be frozen to allow us to work on detail timelines. However, further change orders during the project can be made and will be quoted and
signed separately as an addition to the original agreement. The agreed timelines will be adjusted accordingly
